HOW ARE BAD SIGNALS HANDLED?
On rare occasions, the naughty market doesn't obey our signal.
As a general rule, let the signal play for about 15 hours. At 1500 GMT,
1) Set the TP to self flush. TP = Entry price. The signal is no longer valid, and the order must now be attempted to flush with no loss.
2) Be on the alert to STOP and REVERSE if the market persists in the wrong direction. You may also choose to cut-loss at around 50 pips. But everybody hates losses! So, either stop and reverse around 50 pips, or if you have a hedgeable account, double the lot you entered in the opposite direction. Simply wait for 50 pips in the opposite direction and get out at the break-even point (loss=0).
